3 Cups self-raising flour
Pinch of salt
1 Cup cream
1 Cup lemonade
Preheat oven to 220C degrees.
Sift flour and salt into a large bowl. Make a well and pour in cream and lemonade and then stir with a knife to combine.
Place on a clean, floured bench and knead out to about 2cm thick. Cut into rounds (you can do this with a glass if you don't have a cutter) and place onto a greased baking tray so the edges are touching.
Cook for 10-12 minutes and serve hot or cold with cream and jam.
