Happy Easter everyone!
Hopefully you all have a few days off like I do, so perhaps you might like to bake some of these Hot Cross Muffins? These are quicker to make than traditional hot cross buns but still have that gorgeous, spicy taste and smell of the real deal.
Perfect with a cuppa and a nice treat to give your loved ones instead of the traditional religious gift of chocolate.
The recipe comes from delicious magazine and makes 12 standard muffins. The muffin pans are from the Essential Ingredient and the photos are direct from my kitchen.
